Tassel garlands and other handmade buntings

Colourful cotton tassel garlands

A tassel garland consists of a long cord decorated with cotton tassels. The tassels move gently in a light breeze and instantly add atmosphere to a home, shop display or sheltered outdoor space.

Koperberg’s cotton tassel garlands are available in several colour combinations. Choose calm off-white shades or a colourful combination of pink, blue, turquoise, purple and taupe to complement the style of your space.

Pompom buntings made from banana yarn

The pompom buntings feature soft, colourful pompoms and small bells. The pompoms are made from yarn produced from fibres of banana plants. This material has a soft, slightly glossy appearance and gives each garland a playful character.

Mandala buntings with traditional block prints

The cotton Mandala Buntings are made in workshops affiliated with Sana Hastakala, an organisation that supports small-scale handicraft producers in Nepal. The cotton flags are carefully cut, finished and stitched around the cord. Their mandala designs are then applied by hand using traditional wooden printing blocks.

Garlands made from handmade paper

Alongside textile buntings, the collection also includes decorative garlands made from handmade paper. The paper flags feature inspiring shapes and symbols and can be used for celebrations or as lasting decoration in the home.
