Women Lead the Way
From design to production to marketing, women are at the heart of what we do—in our team and in the partner companies we work with.
Many of our partners in Nepal were founded with a clear mission: to create opportunities for women in vulnerable situations. They actively promote gender equality through fair pay, leadership training, and empowerment programs.
Training and education
For example, the sewing workshop that makes our yoga poufs trains women as skilled seamstresses. In the cooperative that crafts our handmade paper products, 80% of management roles are held by women—and they go even further by paying for the education of all employees’ daughters.
